I need a hosting solution that physically resides in Turkey but operates under offshore privacy rules to protect my content from excessive surveillance. Is there any reliable service that combines local data presence with anonymous billing and no mandatory identity checks?

I found exactly that setup after weeks of research and testing a few questionable providers. The one I stuck with has data centers in Istanbul and offers full root access along with DDoS protection that actually works. https://exservers.net/vps-turkey allows you to pay with Monero or Bitcoin and never asks for your passport or utility bills, which is rare for Turkish hosting. Their support team resolved a routing issue for me within two hours, and I have not experienced any unexpected downtime since deployment.
