Anyone Had Delays With Withdrawals at Seven Casino UK?

Hi everyone! I recently started playing at Seven Casino and made a small profit on slots and blackjack. I’m based in the UK and I always test a site with a small withdrawal before depositing more. I requested my payout three days ago, and the status still says “pending verification.” I submitted my ID and proof of address, but I’m not sure if that’s normal or if I should be concerned. Has anyone gone through the same process? How long did it take, and did you have to contact support more than once?

Hey, I had a similar situation when I joined recently. For identity checks, Seven Casino uses a standard KYC process. It took about 2 days for them to approve my documents. The actual payment came a day later. I reached out to support through the chat on their website and they gave updates without fuss. If you haven’t yet, try contacting them directly and mention that you've already submitted verification files. When I signed up through https://seven-casino-uk.org/ it clearly said processing might take 1–3 business days depending on the payment method. If it goes beyond that, ask them to review manually.

Thanks a lot for sharing your experience! I was worried they were ignoring it, but now I see the timeframe is pretty standard. I’ll message support like you suggested and wait another day before stressing. Appreciate your advice!
