New to butterfly pea tea – what benefits should I expect?

I just discovered blue tea and learned about butterfly pea flower benefits. It looks amazing, but I’m more interested in the health side.

I’ve read that it may help with antioxidants, skin glow, and even stress relief. Not sure how true that is though.

Anyone here using it regularly? What benefits did you notice?
